Messy Closets!

Everyone knows that if you don’t know where something goes in your room, it usually just ends up in the closet. Unfortunately, it can get a bit crowded in there. Not all of us have a Blair Waldorf sized closet! For those of us with humble storage space, here are some great life hacks for keeping that closet clean. Organizing your closet has never been so stylish or easy!

1. Quit trying to shove those tanks in a drawer and try this space saving hack. Grab some shower rings and a spare hanger and start filling it up. You’ll be shocked at how much you really needed that extra drawer space and how little room this hack takes up!

2. Have a pile of jeans that go a mile high? We feel you! These are the same ends of bungee cords, so you know they are sturdy. If you can’t get your hands on those, try the same shower rings as above. This hack will have your jeans off the shelf and allow you to store more shirts and sweaters in their place!

3. Fall is almost here and you know what that means - scarves! Scarves, no matter how beautiful and wonderful, they just never seem to have a permanent place for storage. The coat rack, the closet, thrown over your door, they’re everywhere! Give them a permanent home and save yourself some organizing stress and hang them like this. It works great if you have 1 or 20! 4. Do you ever have days that it seems like you spend hours of your morning trying to figure out what to wear? It can be such a time suck , especially if you can’t find that favorite shirt of yours. Do yourself and your closet a favor and stop ripping your wardrobe apart and start planning and setting your outfits out for the week. A cool closet insert like this works great and looks cool too!

5. Purses can be a lot like scarves. If you aren’t using them, they are pretty awkward to put away and even then, where do you put them? Some of them take up so much space! Instead of shoving them at the foot of your closet, grab this insert at the store and put them away neatly like this. This hack also helps from your purses from getting wonky and deformed from laying on the ground. Win - win right there!
