Allergy season has left the Fashion Playtes office *fingers crossed* so no more celebrity quiz delays! Girl Scouts Are All About Inclusion!

This week, a Washington chapter of the Girl Scouts of America received a generous donation of $100,000! That’s a lot of cookies! Unfortunately the donor would only gift the money to the scouts if they promised not to use it to help transgender (someone who is born a boy or girl but knows in their heart that they are supposed to be the opposite gender - in this case, it would be a person born as a boy and wants to become a girl).

The Girl Scouts firmly believe that no one should be excluded just because who they were born as is not who they want to be. They support inclusion of ALL girls. To stand up for themselves and all girls around the world, they returned the gift and decided they would raise the money on their own. Within 24 hours they were able to raise over $100,000 and the donations are still piling in! What an amazing and inspiring story. The takeaway here is that we should never leave anyone out just because they are different, but embrace them for their uniqueness!

Lucy Hale in Love 

Known for her role as Aria in Pretty Little Liars on ABC Family, Lucy Hale hit the beach this week with her boyfriend Anthony Kalabretta. A vacation in Hawaii with my favorite PLL star?! Sounds like a dream! Check out the cute neon swimsuit she was sporting in the summer sand as well. Looks like neon is in ladies!
