Summer Time Style

Some of our FP girls have been asking us how we bring our chic style to everyday activities. Specifically, the beach! A place where sand gets everywhere, your hair can never looks the same as when you walked onto the sand, and there are only so many ways you can accessorize before you have a funky tan. Here are 5 ways that our FP girls are turning their beach visits this summer into a chic affair!

The Beach Bag

What better way to start your chic trip to the beach than to glam up the bag that will be carrying all of your stuff. From recycled sail cloth to a classic canvas or straw, there are so many ways to dress up this typically functional over fashionable accessory!

From Top to Bottom

Next we will start from the top to bottom - literally! Hats are great for so many reasons when you are out in the sun. They protect your scalp and face from being over exposed from the sun and save your eyes from being blinded from the sun. So who says you can’t make it safe and super cute? Here are our two favorite picks!

Moving to the middle aka your derriair! Beach chairs are great for keeping you comfy for hours on the beach and can be a nice break from laying down in the hot sand all the time. As much as we love the classic beach chair, they are just not as trending as they could be. Check out this beach chair that FP Cassie will be using all summer!

Now just because you bring a chair, doesn’t mean you need to leave your towel at home. Here at FP, we are known for bringing both to the beach. We can never have enough accessories with us! Towels are towels, they are very functional but there are also a lot of cool designs and patterns out there now too! Which one is your favorite?

Last but not least, SHOES! No outfit is complete without a great pair of shoes. Flip flops are a summer must and especially when one is about to go to the beach. Just because there is going to be sand all around doesn’t mean your shoes shouldn’t sparkle! Gems always look best in direct sunlight, right girls? I can’t wait to get my hands, or better yet, feet, on a pair of these flops!
