Despicable Me 2 Minions Are Everywhere!
We love how movies can inspire our kids and this summer the minions of Despicable Me 2 have been a huge hit with the tweens on FPgirl Style Mag. We’ve seen those cute little minions everywhere — they are making quite an impact as the shining stars in Despicable Me 2!
A great way to have some last-minute summer fun is to throw a minion party for your girls. If you haven’t seen Despicable Me 2, take your tween and a couple of her friends to see this charming flick with a great message. Or if you’ve already seen Part 2, rent the first one to watch again at home. Steve Carell delights as Gru — just as much, if not more, than the minions (personally, I think we adults prefer his lovable grouchy personality!)
But we’re talking minions today — they show up here as a yummy treat — minion cupcakes! Here’s a great way to end your summer — let your girls grab some friends and hit the kitchen to make some of these yellow cuties. And since Hostess Twinkies are back on the shelves (we are all too excited about this!) you can buy a box and make this delightful treat!
