Entertainment and Fashion with Parker Joy

Hey everyone!

I know I haven’t written in a while, but I’m here to write some new stuff about TV shows, back to school fashion (I know, already!) and brand new TV premieres! So, the first thing I am going to talk about is the new Disney Channel and ABC Family shows that will be premiering this upcoming fall.

Let’s start with the new Disney premieres. On July 15, 2011, PrankStars premieres. The show should be funny because it’s all about stars suprising their biggest fans!  Jessie also premieres sometime in mid-fall. The last show premiering on Disney this fall/summer is Austin&Ally. Next, let’s talk about ABC Family’s new original Fall/Summer shows.

First, Pretty Little Liars back on June 14 with the thrilling new Season 2.  Also, new comedy and drama Switched at Birth premieres on June 6. Switched at Birth is about two teens who, well, were switched at birth! The last show ABC Family is premiering is The Lying Game. The Lying Game premieres in August as another lying series to ABC Family. Okay, enough about TV, lets talk about FASHION!!!

Okay, I know going back to school is very long time away, but I was brainstorming yesterday and got some really cute/great ideas for Fall. Sooooo, my first idea was blazers. Blazers are really making a comeback and they really bring out that preppy, rocker-style chic look, which I happen to LOVE! So, my idea was a cute black or navy blue blazer, a white (or any colored) button-up shirt with a collar, skinny jeans, combat boots, and a tie. This is how I imagined this outfit; the button-up shirt is buttoned except for three (at the top with an undershirt underneath), then put the tie on loosely, so the knot is about at your third or fourth top button. Finally, put your blazer on and roll up the sleeves 3/4 length and don’t forget to tuck your skinny jeans into your boots! Ta-da!

I also am really liking the V-neck distressed t-shirts and boy vests! Anyway, thats all the information I have right now, put I will put all of my favorite outfits for school at the end of the summer! Write later!
