Okay, so think if your room was painted bright orange with fluorescent lime green polka dots, and you loved it, but then your parents put an ugly, dull brownish-greyish carpet in. Would you be happy? No! It’s the same thing with clothes. If you’re trying to look bright and cheerful, then you wouldn’t wear a gloomy grey sweater with Day-Glo orange leggings, would you? Or, if you were trying to look sad or bored, would you wear those glowing orange leggings? Didn’t think so. So, my opinion is, DO NOT WEAR NEON COLORS WITH NEUTRAL COLORS (unless they are on the same artical of clothing, in which they are supposed to go together)!!!
