Well, I would suggest a peach, flowy, sheer long sleeve shirt, with gold jewelry if the pants are a lighter color of red, like the third picture minus the polka dots. If their a more bold red, maybe try a natural colored cold shoulder shirt.

I think the best thing to wear with your new red pants is something you like. Not saying our advice is something you shouldn’t take. Just saying that you are the most fashionable person in your heart, and ours! Just keep be FP fabulous, as I always say!

I’d wear a white shirt with black polka dots and a black purse… maybe a black headband or flower in my hair, so it’s not ALL about the bright pants, but it’s not clashing, either.

Nice Outfit Idea:
* clean cut burgundy jeans.
* light blue chambray button-up under a knit pattern sweater.
*olive green barbour jacket.
*riding boots.
I don’t really like bright red pants, because they are just really trendy (last year….) and not very classic and pretty. I do, however like the look of a burgundy, or mahogany pant. They are nice basic colors that agree with almost everyone’s appearance (bright reds do not. They can make someone with light skin become washed out and the color is not very slimming either.) Just a tip for those of you who are thinking about purchasing a pair of red pants soon: Don’t. Stick with a nice, tried-and-true color. Mahogany, burgundy, olive green, or faded cyan are good choices to help you embrace the color trend without going crazy. Better yet, buy some light or dark wash skinny jeans. For me, classic is just better!
DISCLAIMER: If you like louder colors in your wardrobe, just stick with that! Be true to your own style no matter what anyone says. I am in no way trying to get anyone to change their style. This is just my preference.
Preppyqueen, I totally agree. Bright red pants are not my style. My friend Amber wore them once with a red and white Rudolph shirt just to be festive last year. Not a lot of people at my school wear bright red pants. Here is an outfit idea that using red but not bright red pants:
-Purplish-redish skinny jeans
-High boots
-Purple lace T-shirt
-Purple chandelier earrings
-Matching purple necklace
