I don’t think that we should go to crazy with neon maybe like just one part of your outfit should be neon. For instance, on a rainy day just wearing a neon green beanie would be enough.

I don’t agree. I think an all neon outfit is better. I can see your point, but I disagree. A complete neon outfit looks better than a half neon outfit.
