well, it depends on the main colors the uniform is made up. like, if you had a white shirt with cuffs and a black skirt, I would suggest that you replace the shirt with a white cold shoulder shirt, then pair it up with bold faux yellow gem stone necklace, pair it with a yellow belt or clutch purse. then the shoes you can pick it out. Try a colorful scarf with some flashy bracelets or a ring a colorful cross body purse and a headband. I’d keep my shoes going with the uniform. But whatever you pick will be great!
PS maybe some colorful knee high socks!
I don’t have to wear a school uniform, thank goodness, but if you do and love bright, neon colors, here are my tips:

1. Don’t overdo it! If you want to wear bright colors with a uniform, don’t make it too noticeable but noticeable. Maybe wear a neon-color bracelet or maybe some Rainbow Loom bracelets with bright colors, and maybe a neon headband. If your school isn’t that strict with uniforms, add a belt or carry around a neon purse or change purse. I think there are assigned shoes for school uniforms, but I’m not sure :)! If not, wear some flashy or sparkly flats or pink or blue UGGs and you’ll be fine!
2. Make it cute! You don’t want to wear bright colored accessories if they aren’t cute! Make your bracelet something cute and bright from Justice or maybe a thrift shop or store like Justice or a cute bracelet like the one in the picture above :). You can do any Rainbow Loom since they’re just in, but if you really want to be cool, do a fishtail bracelet! There’s a really good video on YouTube by Ashley Steph. Try making one! Also make sure the headband is cute, and same with the purse and change purse. The UGGs or flats or heels are in, too :).
3. Last rule-make sure it stays close to you! Don’t wear an accessory if it isn’t your style!
I say you should have colorful handbag and shoes.
Have a cute blue handbag with some bling and a headband to give a schooly kind of look.

Yeah, I would go with bright jewelry. I wear a uniform at my school and I just like to add colorful head pieces and jewelry.
I also like painting my nails really bright colors.
I think bright colors are better they make you stand out.
To make your uniform more cute, you should wear colorful accessories like rings, necklace, belt, headbands, and bracelet.
wear a really bright hair piece or bracelet.
You have to pick the first top you see and the first pants and match them. You might find some crazy colorful styles you really like!

i have to wear a uniform too. my colors are navy blue,red,and purple. i would wear with all navy is a bright yellow headband and maybe some neon bracelets
I don’t wear uniforms but i would think maybe a colorful bracelet or , long colorful socks you could wear,Ribbons,Hair flowers (the flowers u put in your head).Anyway that was MY OPINION it might be wrong but thats my opinion.

In my opinion if I had a uniform I would add really sparkly stuff to catch some attention, you know like stand out. Like sparkly shoes, bags, eyeshadow, lip gloss, headbands and other hair accessories, and definitely a cute glittery fedora! But the best thing to express yourself is your shoes and hair accessory. Shoes should be colorful and playful like a pink pair of flats. For hair accessory a cute flower headband! That’s how you rock style!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Small pops of color make a HUGE difference!! Try this. Add a bright blue belt, neon pink beaded necklace, bright yellow flats, a green headband, and a colorful scarf. You rock fpgirl!!!
I really hate uniform. I go to a uniform school. But you should definitely add
anything, like jewelry, hair stuff, and so much more. Just be you!
Just add a cute neon bows to a headband, some neon gloves, a pair of cute sunglasses, and a neon purse, if that dosen’t work you can always take neon markers and stuff and decorate your notebooks, textbooks, and locker. Hope I helped! And remember, when in dought accessorize!

You should mostly do accessories that pop with a dark uniform, but if has like red on it, then go with light blue
