Okay, so last time I left off we had reached key E. Now we’ll continue the tips to I then I’ll write back again sometime else. Let’s get started.
F. Jewelry
I love jewelry and I’m sure most of you do to! It adds a girly, dressy flare to your outfit and a little sparkle to dress up your face or anywhere else. Don’t overdue your jewelry. To much might set you sparkling in the light and bog your appearance down. I suggest wearing three or four pieces of jewelry at a time. Jewelry is easy to match. Simple gold, silver, or black will go with anything but if you want to bring color simply pick a color already found in your outfit and wear that or a color that matches. Keep it coordinated and remember to wear certain jewelry for certain events. There are many different kinds of earrings. Wear danglies or chandeleir earrings to dress up your look and give a dainty flare. Studs can be worn anytime just to give a spark of glitter or personality.
G. Trying new styles
To me trying new styles is loads of fun and interesting. There are many styles to choose from, here are a few and what to wear with them.
Western: simple cowboy boots, a cowboy hat, and turquoise jewelry can set you for this style.
Earthy: Leather, neutral colors, and natural stones or beads deffinately shows this style.
Girly: Fun bows, dainty jewelry, and soft colors express girly.
Tomboy: Ball caps, bermudas, and high tops read tomboy.
There are many more styles or you could create your own. Mine for instance is very casual with dressy flares. Take a pic of yourself to remember you in certain styles and which ones worked for you!
H. Layering
Layering can be super fun but tricky also. Layer things in colors that compliment each other to make an awesome appearance. Here are some ways to layer.
Skirt over leggins or jeans.
Tank top over longer sleeved shirt.
Shorts over tights.
Cardigan over dress.
Dress over jeans.
Read my first article to find out about complimentary colors to make a rockin’ outfit for you full of layers.
I. Uniforms
School uniforms are kind of a bummer because you may think your fashion limits are being held back. But uniforms can easily be personalized by accessories.
Jewelry can add sparkle, scarves, warmth and style, shoes, color or personality, hair, style. Her’s an example of a school outfit being redone.
Say you wear khaki skinnys and a navy shirt. A simple crimson scarf, braided belt, leather boots, red dangles, gold ring and a haor ribbon can have you set for school and fashionable.
Hope you learned something and have gained some helpful tips. I’ll write back soon!
