Hi Ashley! Unfortunately the only way to enter on the tablet is by using a credit card. If you want to use the Club Z Registration Form try using a computer, print out the form, have a parent fill out ALL FIELDS, then send it to us via e-mail, mail, or fax.

my house yesterday got knocked over by the tornado and we got stuck in the cellar for 3 hours and had 2 dogs and a cat out side and one dog in the cellar with us.the dog in the cellar was princess.the 2 dogs out side were luke and angus and the cat was lucy.we had th gutherie and wethaford fire dept at my house and got to ride in a fire truck.nothing died.:) luke was locked in the bathroom and angus in the back room.we found out why we got stuck.it was we had th whole roof on the cellar.i had a 4 year old brother that slep the whole time we were in the cellar.we had a least a foot of water that leaked in the cellar and my bed set is saveable.all my clothes r ruend and my moms freind orthella found my dads old poket watch.i found my moms tearra that she wore at her wedding.found a lot of saveable stuff.
