If you signed up for Club Z and were supposed to get a bracelet, you’ll get a bracelet! There’s a problem we’re trying to fix that causes it to still say “Join Club Z” even if you’re in Club Z. Don’t worry, you don’t have to sign up again!

After you sign up for Club Z, you’ll get an email saying your bracelet has shipped. Then it’ll take a week or two to get there. Let us know if you don’t get a bracelet confirmation email! You can always send a message to clubz@fashionplaytes.com with questions.

I belong to club z and haven’t gotten the bracelet or any notifications about it. I joined club z only 2 days ago and I know the bracelet will take a while to ship but I was just wondering how long it will take after you sign up to receive the bracelet.
You’ll get an email when the bracelet ships! Then it will take a week or two to get there.

After you get a confirmation email saying your bracelet shipped it’ll take 1-2 weeks for it to get to you!
