It’s happened to all of us. You go to school, wearing something you love, and someone insults or ciritques you about it. Here are some tips to help you ignore people like that:

1) Say something like, “I like my outfit, so if you’re going to insult it, then that’s fine. I’ll tune you out.” Something that isn’t too mean but will deter that person from trying again.

2) Walk away. Ignore them. Go back to your math worksheet. Tune them out. Just don’t listen.

3) Remember, if YOU like your style, then it shouldn’t matter what other people think. If you feel confident in this outfit, then don’t listen to someone who critiques it.

I hope I’ve helped!
