@Siobhan, there are many fashion design schools you can go to. I am 13 and when I am older I plan on going to The Paris Institute of Fashion, but there are tons more. a lot in America and Europe. You can google different fashion schools too! Just keep getting good grades and you might be able to get in when you are old enough! Good Luck!
