wat u can do is take a neon skirt and put on dark colored leggings then put some converse or knee high tennis or even some comfortable boots then with a cute top and some nice braclets
and u can put ur hair up any way u want

I have these neon pink pants that i wear all the time just keep everything exept 1 or 2 neon items duller colors such as white, gray, black, or a pastel shade of different colors
i would take away the big hair though.

I would say try to sticking to one or two neon clothes at once or you will just end up looking like you are from the 80′s

Well sure you can wear neon without looking like you’re from the 80s. You could pair a neon shirt with black leggings and even wear neon sneakers if you want, and add some jingly bracelets and hoop earrings. Ta-da! Instant neon outfit!
wear neon skinny jeans, but not neon skirts that’s what’s making you look like your from the eighties. a simple t-shirt.
or just wear a normal outfit with neon accessories and keep the hair modern.

i like the 80′s style. i think its inspiring, and i would totally wear that outfit. its sooo cute! but if you want to wear neon and not look from the eighties, wear only a bit of neon at a time while paring it with other colors and textures. don’t be afraid to wear neon though. neon clothes are a bright and happy selection of clothes that show part of the wearer’s personality and fashion braveness. hope this helped

ok so what color neon? neon would look ok if you can wear dark colors with them. start by matching colors. neon pink = purple (dark purple) neon green = blue and neon yellow = red or black. wear a neon pink shirt and purple or namal jeans with black shoes for example

Try adding not to much neon but like a cute shirt with some different colors. For a headband with maybe blue with neon pink it will look great.
How about war some green neon skinny jeans with a blue top with a splash of animal print with a little neon and finally were some black boots or the best black UGGs.

This is very simple. You can do funky neon nails, you could wear an all black outfit with a pop of neon, that always looks nice. I also am a big fan of nerd sunglasses (really called wayfarer) and neon ones would be really cute. Hope I helped!
