Ok, girls, so you’ve heard it before. “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” It’s true! Breakfast gives your body the first fuel of the day. Even when you’re busy with school, sports, friends, and family, make sure to eat a good breakfast. Need something quick? Here are some tips:
- Fruit like apples, oranges, and bananas are great to take with you.
- Not a morning girl? Plan your breakfast the night before!
- Wrap it up! If you don’t have time to sit and eat your eggs in the morning, put them in a whole wheat wrap so you can take them with you!
To stay alert and energized all day long, fuel your body with quality carbohydrates like fruit,vegetables, pasta, bread, rice or cereal. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water! And no, soda and energy drinks are not good substitutes for water! They are full of sugar which is no way to start the day.

So now I can’t even where fashionable clothes anymore! So now I have to where sweat pants with crocs.I also have to act like I hate fashion.But when I get home I quickly change into clothes that are actualy Fashinable.Then I go on to fp girl.
Same here. Only my friends from girl scouts know. Not even my not girl scout friends even though they are good friends and they talk about feelings with me if I feel down. The good thing was when I got my first B. Those girls weren’t straight A students and got more B’s than I did. But I still wear cool clothes but they don’t laugh at me at all. They actually liked the really bright ones.

You must be a really good yogurt parfait maker. Maybe open a yogurt parfait business that encourages people to be healthy and choose that rather than ice cream!

I have a super healthy breakfast that I eat almost every morning:
You’ll need: some fresh fruit. ( Personally I like apples, grapes, and bananas, but you can mix up any fruits you like ).
You’ll also need a container of yogurt
( It doesn’t matter which flavor-try to make it go with the fruits that you choose ).
Ok, to make: cut your fruits on a cut board. ( If your not capable of cutting by yourself, ask an adult ).
Throw your cut up fruits into a bowl. Add about a cup of yogurt. If you want, you can add some granola. Enjoy!!

ya I’ve heard that too, but I think that it’s better to just eat 3 small meals and tiny snacks between them.

I LOVE pomegranate seeds they are YUM. I like tropical. Mango, Sugar Cane. Sugar Cane: I tried in Jamaica with my mom. I ate 5. Mom ate tons more. They have a sweet, natural sugary taste. So when a sample stand has sugar cane in a tropical place, you should try it!
And you need to try dragon fruit and leechee and guava and anything!
Well DAH-lings, I don’t make my own breakfast. My grandmother makes me it (she watches me in the morning and a little after school, since my parents work), and my father (the night before) makes me a nutrition smoothie with his NutriBullet. I usually have toast w/ butter and a nutrition smoothie. Anyway, I love ya’ll girls. DON’T FORGET TO SMILE

Yeah! Purple has gained reputation and I still hate it because it’s not a very stylish color. I will always hate purple unless I change and I’m the only one who hates it. And I like pink and it’s not really a favorite color. And my hair is never heated. Not even the blow dryer because I want my hair to grow as long as it can! But I let my academic and other passions shine! And my instrumental passion shouldn’t be secret either!

- bagels with peanut butter
-a bowl or cereal and milk
-yogurt and fruit
-waffle
I think breakfast is a great way to start off your day and especially having a healthy one that will get your day started off good and active already.
Here is what I had for breakfast last week:
Monday-greek yogurt with blueberries and walnuts on top, grapefruit juice.
Tuesday-a waffle with almond butter and banana slices, orange juice.
Wednesday-poppyseed muffin with cream cheese, passion fruit lemonade iced tea from Starbuck’s.
Thursday-hashbrowns, scrambled eggs with spinach, raspberries, almond milk.
Friday-green power smoothie, slice of whole wheat toast.
Saturday-vanilla greek yogurt with fresh strawberry slices and granola, orange juice.
Sunday-crepe with coconut cream (whipped coconut milk) and berries, grapefruit juice.

So what do you do if you dont have time to eat breakfast at home
During the week I never have time to sit down and eat breakfast at home! I usually have a fruit smoothie and a wheat english muffin with some peanut butter on it for breakfast… I bring it with me and eat it when I get to the FPgirl office! You could eat it in the car, though.
Preparing stuff the night before helps, too! I always put the ingredients for my smoothie in my blender and leave it in the fridge the night before so in the morning all I have to do is add ice and blend it.
Ok I will try that. It sounds good anyway.
FP Daniella ,I know breakfast is important and I love to eat it but, I normally don’t have time even to pop some toast in the toaster or make a smoothie. I get up at 6:00-6:30 and by the time I am done with everything, I have to run to the car to make it to my bus stop by 7:15 (We leave my house at seven) Any ideas? I have braces so apples are hard since i have to cut them up. I usually just eat a tiny granola bar but then I am still hungry. Any suggestions? Thank you
Bananas are good to take with you, and ok for braces! If you don’t have enough time in the morning, pack a breakfast (and a lunch if you need to) the night before! Bananas, oranges and clementines, and berries are good fruit to take with you. Toast up some wheat break the night before then put peanut butter on it, then microwave it while you’re putting on your shoes.
I’m not really a morning person, but breakfast is worth waking up a little earlier for, too!

Yes! I have advice. You may not like it but you can get up earlier. You may not be a morning person but be proactive and say I can! My mom gets up early all the time. She’s so used to it. So you can too. I recommend to get up at 5 o’clock. That may be too early but still. And have a to go hairstyle so you don’t spend too much time on hair. Can’t think? Write down. Plan. Write: for example: braided updo bun for hair with sparkling barrette. Eggs and bananas for breakfast. Plan what you wear the night before. Do all your homework!

Great! But I want to know if you have a to go hairstyle or if you stick to simple styles. If you do, than get up at 6 if you’re hairstyle is simple, you don’t wear makeup, and you don’t wear jewelry. And a quick yet appetizing breakfast could be coconut milk with cereal that has the essential proteins and fibers and what you need to make a healthy breakfast and an egg too for protein.

My tip is: grab a cup of yogurt and add some nuts or, my fave, blueberries. It’s healthy and quick. What I normally do though is grab an apple some dry cereal when I’m in a hurry. I luv apples!

Wow! I wish apples were MY fave! But at least I like them! I wish I liked spicy things because then I would like caring for my teeth. Brushing it with an electric toothbrush and a mint toothpaste and floss. I do that but I don’t really like to. And I don’t like rinsing with mint mouthwash. But I want my teeth really clean! Lucky! Apples are best for teeth. I think you’re teeth are very celebrity white. But remember to brush and floss everyday and mouthwash. Use mint flavors and use an electric toothbrush. Don’t eat anything that stains it. Use whitening toothpaste. Chew on mint gum. This will be you’re favorite. Eat an apple a day. There is a phrase like that. Nature’s toothbrush and good for body. Keeps doctors away!
