Hey guys! some of you have been asking me for more tips so i thought I’d share how to be cute and comfortable during gym or PE or whatever you call it. Most PE classes in middle school require you to change into workout clothes. I don’t like wearing shorts so I’ve developed my own style for gym you could say.

1. Yoga pants: Yoga pants are growing trend. They’re SUPER comfortable so they work great for PE. You can even design them here at FP girl!

2.Capri sweatpants are perfect for PE: They’re really cute and sporty so you can run in them. I’m wearing a pair now actually.

3. Sweat Shirts and Hoodies: Keep a sweatshirt in your locker and you an easily be comfortable during gym!

4. T-shirts: A must have. Always keep one t shirt in your locker and you’ll be fine. Be sure to take it home to be washed every week though!

5.Deodorant, a brush, hair bands, and bobby pins: Trust me these are a life saver. my hair gets so crazy if its down its not even funny. put your hair up in a ponytail and your hair will live through gym!

Helpful hint: If you are just starting middle school and you have PE its not as bad as everyone says it is. Trust me I’m a 7th grader and at my school we start middle school in 5th grade so I’ve lived through 2 years of it. I’m super clumsy and i don’t think I’ve gotten hurt ever.
