If you go to Kohl’s mostly located anywhere.. they have plan shirts for like $6? They are super cute. I have like every color of shorts that are out there. I have a Manikin that i bought at gordmans it was like $50? SO i put my clothes on that and see how i like it. It helps me sooo much. So i recommend buying one.. You can prob find one on amazon too. Amazon has everything..

Always wear shorts low on your hips with more of a dialed down color as in green neon shorts with a sky blue top or t-shirt. Becouse you don’t want it to be too much and it looks realy nice. =D

I’d were a bright pink shirt
A lighter blue neon top (if you don’t want to be TOO flashy), but if you want you can make it clash and more exciting (like I would :P) by wearing neon green or neon yellow, or my favorite would be neon orange! Right now I’m wearing neon green shorts with a neon orange shirt! Hope this helps!
