Stair Stepper: Going up stairs will get your heart rate up in no time. See how many steps you can go up before your legs won’t let you anymore!
Gallon Game: Gallon water jugs make excellent weights! Have a little contest with a sibling or friend and see who can do different exercises with them the most times in a row!
Magic Carpet: A living room rug (or any space you can make on the floor) is a great spot for push ups, sit ups, yoga, running in place, stretching… so many options!

i run up and down stairs,do gymnastics on carpet ,do 100 jumping jacks
Still doing T25 and now I’m doing 21 day fix work out 2. I’m also doing a clean eating diet with my mom. It’s hard but I feel bad after I eat all the fried and processed food anyways.
Today’s breakfast: scrambled egg, beans, all natural salsa in a whole wheat all natural wrap. Lunch: roteceray chicken salad on whole wheat pita or chicken salad.
I think that was a good thing to show people because sometimes in stead of going outside you can do it indoors!

Yesterday I did the hardest workout of my life! I did a workout video with my mom- Day 1 of T25. 2day was day 2 of T25 and it was soo much more fun and less torture! We’re supposed 2 do it 4 30 days, but I think we’ll stick with it longer than that. I love the feeling that when I’m done my muscles are hurting, so I know that it actually worked. I can’t wait 2 get back in shape! I may look like I’m in shape , but its going 2 take a lot 2 get in shape!!

I play school sports with practice every day and games are twice a week plus when you have a toddler in ur house with you and its always “will you watch the baby” and “keep her busy while I fix her a snack” I’m stay pretty slim even If I do use my free-time listening to my radio, writing songs and playing solitaire on my bed.
I have P.E homework every other day (Mondays, Wednesday and Friday) and next month is soccer sign-ups ( Practices are on Tuesdays and Thursdays and games are usually on Saturdays).

You could also turn on some music and dance that’s what I do since its more fun than doing push ups. I also like taking my dog for a walk she’s a maltase and is really cute.

You guys are pretty lucky you’re at home, even though for most of you it’s cold. I’m stuck in Florida. Well, at least it’s at my house in Florida, because my friend Ella is stuck at the Germany airport (she was coming from Switzerland), my friend Ruby is stuck in the Georgia airport (she was coming from Bali), my friend Kristen is still stuck in Hawaii (that’s where she was), but my friend Emmy is safely at home since she came back from New York right before the blizzard started. My friends Alayna and Brynne didn’t go anywhere so they’re also at home.

Me and my mom are doing this fitness challenge thing on face book. You have to do certain exercises each day, and a certain amount a day. We are also doing a video work out thing…I’m soo worn out, but afterwards I feel good and feel like I’ve accomplished something! I also go walking in the mall…I don’t know what I’m going to do when they close it. They are going to close the mall for a couple years…it’s a really bare mall and they’re going to turn it into an outlet mall. And our other mall is to busy and crowded to walk in. I think we have an indoor soccer arena near bye that I could walk in until it gets warm….I hope.
Every Christmas Eve,
I have to try to tire my self out as much as possible in my house, because I can never sleep that night. I do a LOT of stair steppers.
