never been outside US but wear capris and a basic tee and denim jacket and sneakers maybe a scarf
Jeggings a navy shirt ruffles purple beret and purple flats
and some ballet flats
wear some realy short shorts and a barret then put on a frilly top!

wear a lot of purple and maybe even ifle tower earings and acessories you could also wear a sparkly beret

black and white striped shirt with a turquoise blue scarf with black leggings and a black ruffly skirt with blue flats.
For pants do the Hadley in black with nothing on it some red flats and a beret
