Well that is a hard question. I would say they are in between, even though people are more into summer clothes now but find a not so hot day and maybe u could wear it but just remember that u express your own self and not others so if u like it, then wear it because the most important opinion is yours.

It’s a top that’s longer than a shirt, but shorter than a dress. You usually wear them with leggings.
