From One Mom To Another - Happy Mother’s Day!

Mother’s Day is one of my favorite days – EVER! Here’s how it usually plays out:

1. We plan nothing
2. I wake up (maybe a little earlier than I’d like) smothered by kisses, cards and handmade gifts
3. My kids and husband tell me how much they love me

Does it get any better than that? :)

Well, that’s just what we asked the girls in our Style Mag: “What’s your favorite thing to do with your mom?” The response was unbelievable: over 3,000 girls took our poll – and our girls sure do think the world of us!

Their comments are unbelievably touching – so sweet, loving and honest. Many shared an overwhelming exuberance around how much they love us. Here are just a few of my favorites:

“I love hanging out with my mom. She’s AWESOME!”

“I love doing arts and crafts with her and doing outdoor activities. I love my mom more than anything–“

“I LUV DOING THINGS WITH MY MOM SHE IS LIKE SO FUN TO BE AROUND!!! LOL

So many of the posts had smiley faces and a billion exclamation points, and just about every single one ended with “I love my mom sooooooooooooooo much”.

Seems it really doesn’t matter what you do with your kids; they just want to be with us!
